Crockpot vegetarian chili
Chili is one of those classic meals that everyone makes differently. In my opinion, there’s no wrong way, just many different and fun ways to make chili! This is one of those fun and different ways to make it!
What you will need:
• 1 can black beans
• 1 can red kidney beans
• 1 can chickpeas
• 1 can northern white beans
• 1 can diced tomatoes with chilies
• garlic
• chili powder
• paprika
• 1 yellow onion
• 1/2 bag of Gardein beefless ground
1. Dump all of the beans and the can of diced tomatoes into your crockpot
2. Add a tbsp of chili powder
3. Add 1/2 tbsp of paprika
4. Dice your yellow onion and add it to your crockpot
5. Add the frozen beefless ground
6. Add 1 tbsp (or whatever your heart desires) of garlic
7. Cook on low for 8 hours
9. Serve and enjoy!
*We always top ours with cheese and greek yogurt, and this time we severed it over cornbread waffles (which I highly recommend trying!)
