Baked garlic butter salmon

My husband and father in law recently went fishing and caught a BIG salmon. They split the fish and we have a good amount hanging out in our freezer. So, I started brainstorming delicious & healthy ways to eat salmon. Garlic butter salmon it was, and it was gooood!

(Proof of large salmon my husband is holding)

What you will need:

• Salmon

• 2 tbsp melted butter

• 1 tbsp garlic

• 1 tsp honey

• 1 tsp lemon juice

1. Mix the melted butter, garlic, honey and lemon juice together in a bowl using a fork

2. Lay your salmon SKIN DOWN on a baking sheet lined with tin foil and sprayed with cooking spray

3. Pour the bowl mixture over the salmon so that it is completely covered

4. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes

5. Broil on high for 3-5 minutes

* after baking, it will be very simple to peel the skin off of the bottom of your fish! Don’t forget to do that!
*And keep an eye out for those little fish bones - they’re sneaky!

6. Serve with your favorite sides! We went with rice and veggies
