Easy chicken meatballs
My family generally avoids red meat. I’m a big fan of vegan “meat”balls, but chicken meatballs are good, too, and offer a different flavor. These are easy and delicious and add a little extra flavor to spaghetti night.
What you will need:
• 1lb ground chicken
• 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 cup bread crumbs
• 1 tbsp garlic
• 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 egg
• salt & pepper
1. Empty your ground chicken into a large mixing bowl
2. Add all of the ingredients to the mixing bowl with the ground chicken
3. Thoroughly mix all of the ingredients together with a mixing spoon
4. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray
5. Roll the ground chicken into balls and place onto baking sheet
6. Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes
7. Enjoy!
